The interactive map below shows CPAD protected lands coded by level of public access. Review data by panning and using the magnifying glass or standard Google Map navigation tools - turn on satellite view with the "CPAD-Sat" tab. The CPAD data overlays the Google map open space data (unavoidably covering all Google map labels) and is generally more accurate. Click on any CPAD feature to open a pop-up window describing that particular unit (use the ID number in any communications about that Unit).
Note: acres shown are for total lands in common ownership (e.g., an area of national forest) rather than for individual parcels of land. GIS-calculated acres shown in CPAD may differ some from agencies' own records of acreage.
